1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gbetcom platform, including the website at gbetcom.bet, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any related services provided by gbetcom (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the gbetcom Platform regardless of how you access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

gbetcom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbetcom will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the gbetcom Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and applicable Philippine law.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated entities may not hold player accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of gbetcom.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the gbetcom Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

gbetcom reserves the right to request proof of eligibility, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, driver's license, or UMID card, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

gbetcom expressly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. If gbetcom has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is a minor, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any funds deposited by a minor will be refunded to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts claimed, and no winnings will be paid out.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may hold only one active account on gbetcom. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. gbetcom employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts found will be permanently closed, and balances held in duplicate accounts (including deposits and winnings) will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your gbetcom account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. gbetcom is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbetcom login credentials. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested from your account are your responsibility. gbetcom will not compensate for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

gbetcom is required to conduct identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. gbetcom reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal or freeze an account if KYC requirements are not satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

gbetcom currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay / PESONet)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC, ETH

All fiat deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation. gbetcom is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed on-chain.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on gbetcom is ₱100. There is no platform-wide maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits made via USDT TRC-20 have no minimum in USD equivalent but must meet a minimum of approximately ₱100 in value at the time of confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine business hours (8AM–10PM PST, Monday to Friday) are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are broadcast to the network within one hour of approval. Withdrawal times may be extended during KYC review periods or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

gbetcom reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and payment method ownership. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. gbetcom will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

gbetcom maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. Any deposit followed by a withdrawal request without meaningful wagering activity may be flagged for review. gbetcom cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of suspected financial crimes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by gbetcom are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the specified expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions may apply. Certain games (particularly live casino games and low-margin slots) may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet rules apply while a bonus is active. Placing a single bet exceeding ₱500 (or the specified limit in a given promotion) while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus per player: gbetcom welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to new players only. Abuse of promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts or use of third-party identities will result in permanent account closure.

gbetcom reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time and without advance notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on the gbetcom Platform are powered by certified game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager.

All gbetcom games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The outcomes of all games — including slots, bingo, live casino tables, and virtual sports — are determined by these RNGs and cannot be influenced by gbetcom, its employees, or any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, gbetcom reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed. gbetcom is not obligated to honor bets or payouts that result from a software glitch, erroneous display of odds, or any other technical fault. The decision of gbetcom management in such matters is final.

Sports betting odds on the gbetcom sportsbook are set by gbetcom's trading team and are subject to change up until the event starts. In-play (live) odds may be suspended at any time. Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, cancelled, or abandoned will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbetcom Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one gbetcom account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets without human intervention.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems or servers.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using gbetcom bonus funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward gbetcom staff or other players.
• Misrepresenting the source of funds deposited into your gbetcom account.

gbetcom's decision with respect to any prohibited conduct violation is final. Appeals may be submitted to [email protected] but do not suspend any enforcement action taken.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gbetcom Platform — including but not limited to the gbetcom brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of gbetcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any gbetcom content without the prior written consent of gbetcom. Unauthorized use of gbetcom's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Privacy & Data

gbetcom collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on gbetcom, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gbetcom will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by the legitimate operation of the Platform.

gbetcom complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal limitations.

10. Responsible Gaming

gbetcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbetcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

gbetcom does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gbetcom makes no representations about the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, gbetcom's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall gbetcom's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gbetcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, gbetcom will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Continued use of the gbetcom Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting gbetcom support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the gbetcom Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact gbetcom's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. gbetcom will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

gbetcom's decisions regarding interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and prohibited conduct are final and binding unless overturned through a formal legal process.
